Happy Birthday Cliff!
This is concept art. It's not for everybody, because frankly, the abstract and the
metaphorical are generally reserved for the stoned and the well, strange. For most
of us, this would simply be an innocent statue showing the pure love shared
between man and primate. Today, however, we can reveal to you that this statue is
meant to depict one 'monkey' (our good friend Cliff) and his neverending search for
'bananas'. We leave you alone now to ponder this splendid piece of art, but before
doing so, we will share with you the tender words on the plaque that are not visible
in the photo...
MONKEY: So, mister...is that a banana in your pocket, or are you just glad to see
me?
MAN: That's not a banana, Cheetah...and that isn't my pocket...GOOD MONKEY!!!
